How To Send Crew Member Team Invites

Before Sending Invites

• Make sure the team owner is signed in to the correct team.
• Have each crew member email address ready.
• Confirm whether the invited person uses iPhone or Android so the install steps are clear.

Step By Step

1. Click on the Account icon from the bottom navigation area.
2. Scroll down and click on the View Team Members button.
3. Click on Invite New Member button to invite a team member.
4. Select the role for the new member and choose Email Invite or Text Link.
5. Enter the crew member's email address carefully.
6. If using Text Link, enter the user's phone number also.
7. Click on Send Email Invite or Send Text Link to send the invite.
8. Confirm the invite appears in the team's Pending Invites list.

What The Crew Member Does

Once the invite is sent, the invited person should follow the install and join flow.

• Install Precision Pit on their phone first.
• Open the app and choose Join Team.
• Enter the same email address the team owner used for the invite.
• Finish the account setup so the team owner can see them inside the team list.

Helpful Reminder

If an invited crew member says the link did not work, the fastest first check is whether they entered the exact same email address that the owner used when sending the invite.
